SMS Terms

1. Program Description

UnifiedBizTools may send text messages related to lead-leak audits, proof-site demos, onboarding, account setup, service updates, billing or trial notices, support, and related business services. Message content depends on your relationship with us and the form, checkout, call, or agreement you used to contact us.

2. Consent

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from UnifiedBizTools at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. If you submit someone else's phone number, you represent that you have authority and consent to do so.

3. Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies by request, account activity, onboarding status, and service use. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Opt Out and Help

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages. Reply HELP for help. You can also contact us at info@unifiedbiztools.com or (213) 887-5775. After you opt out, we may send one confirmation message and then stop sending non-essential SMS messages to that number, unless you opt in again.

5. Customer Messaging Systems

Some UnifiedBizTools services help business clients send messages to their own customers or leads through connected platforms such as HighLevel, phone carriers, email providers, and messaging services. Business clients are responsible for obtaining lawful consent, honoring opt-outs, keeping records of consent, and complying with applicable SMS, telemarketing, email, privacy, consumer-protection, carrier, and platform rules.
